POLICIES

- Our available hours for the Advanced Plan are 8am-6pm Tuesday – Friday (EST).
- When you have a question or want to communicate please choose email, slack or ClickUp.
- The Advanced Plan is not a On Demand service but we do make it a priority of getting you a response right away.
- Please schedule calls or mentorship time with us using our booking site: https://advancedchurch.youcanbook.me
- If you have a team member’s phone number please refrain from messaging us or calling us unless you have an emergency.
- If you email us after hours we will do our best to return an email the following day or as soon as possible.

SUBMITTING DESIGN PROJECTS
You can submit any design you want to help your church communicate. We will only begin a design project once we have all of your finalized, complete, proofread content. Categories we can design within include social media, screens, print, and web. The more specific your direction to us the more creative and calibrated our designs will be. (Unlimited design projects do not include church or ministry logo design.)
- 3-4 days turnaround time for each design project
- Unlimited project submissions
- Unlimited design revisions (1-2 day design change turn around)
- Unlimited open projects
- Unlimited users
To request a design project, submit a Design Request form on your church website’s dashboard page.
SUBMITTING VIDEO PROJECTS
You can submit any video project you desire to help your church communicate and inspire hearts with. We will only begin a video project once we have all of your finalized, complete, proofread script. Categories we can make videos within include sermon series trailers, church announcements, motion graphics, infographics, story telling/promotional 30sec-3min videos. The more specific your direction the more creative and calibrated your video will be.
- 1 week turnaround time for each video project (7-10 days)
- Unlimited project submissions
- Unlimited revisions (2-3 day change turnaround times)
- Limited to one open project at a time
- Unlimited users
- You can schedule one team member for a weekend at your church to record video & take pictures or film a video. Price is negotiable but the travel costs expected to be covered are a hotel, car rental, flight, gas, toll fees, baggage fees, Uber to & from the airport.
