TERMS OF USE & POLICIES

UNLIMITED CUSTOM DESIGN SUBMISSIONS

The ESSENTIALS PLAN provides you with unlimited graphic design projects. We create your graphics using one of three looks. You have chosen one of these looks (Bold, Classic or Handcrafted). We will automatically design your graphics using that predetermined look.  We will use your logo, brand colors and church information for each design and if you want to replicate these graphics further you have that option because we include the photoshop files. You will need to have an Elements Envato subscription to further replicate or customize the graphics we deliver to you.  We will provide links for each art element & font used upon request.  We will do our best to only use fonts within the Envato Subscription but at times for creative reasons we branch out a bit.  

Examples of graphics you can submit:

•Outreach or Invite Card (Any Size)
•Sermon Series
•Bulletin (Any Size)
•Worship Screen Graphics
•Social Media Graphics (Including Post, FB Cover & Insta Stories)
•Posters, banners, etc
•Any Single Page Print design (Any Size)

*Print costs are separate. We can handle the printing orders for you.
*No more than 5 open projects at a time.
*No more than 1 multi-page design open at a time

Not Included:
-Logo Creation (contact us about doing this for an additional $500 fee)
-Content Generation (writing, scripts, photography, cinematography)
-Social Media Management

*Generally any project requiring more than a week in turn-around time would not qualify as part of this subscription.

 

Submitting Custom Graphic Projects:

1. Fill out the Design Request form found on your website’s dashboard page. Be sure to specify the following:
        a. Cover graphic text info
        b. Desired theme (examples: Christmas, fall, positive, grungy, preppy, etc.)
        c. Specify which matching graphics you want to be delivered to you (example, social media, print 4×6 postcard & 8×10 poster)
        d. Give all required text info (synopsis text, dates if applicable, location, etc.)
        e. Dropbox or Google Drive links to any needed pics, art, etc. needed in the design

 

2. We will not begin designing a new graphic until all finalized content has been submitted.

 

3. Expect a one-week turnaround time.

 

4. You can submit unlimited design changes. Expect a 2-3day turnaround for most design changes.

 

5. Once the main look is approved we will deliver any specified accompanying graphics desired (3-4 day turnaround).

SUBMITTING Website Updates:

We provide a tutorial video (found on your website’s dashboard page) for you to learn how to do quick updates to your website but if you desire a more complex change we are here to help.

 

  • Submit a Website Update form on your dashboard page.
Turn around time for any update to your website is one week.

COMMUNICATION POLICIES

  • Our available hours for the Essentials Plan are 9am-6pm (EST) Tuesday – Friday.
  • When you have a question please choose email as your number one choice.
  • The Essentials Plan is not a On Demand service but we do make it a priority to get you a response right away.
  • If you desire to have a video or phone call with us please schedule that call with us using our booking site: https://mediaministrygroup.youcanbook.me We provide free media ministry mentorship and are glad to answer your questions.  
  • If you have a team member’s phone number please refrain from messaging us or calling us.  
  • If you email us after hours we will do our best to return an email the following day or as soon as possible.
